August 18 - “National Fajita Day” has arrived today, August 18th and we, like always, want you to have something to eat to celebrate. Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has shared his “Beef Fajita Flatbread Pizza” recipe so we can enjoy the celebration in a tasty way.

August 11 - For most “National Rum Day” on August 16th means a cocktail, but why should that be the only way to celebrate rum? Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has given us the recipe for the “Boca Grove Grilled Mahi Mahi Sandwich with Rum Butter” that is available on our regular Grille Room lunch menu. All you need to make this dish for two is toasted hoagie rolls, Pineapple Caribbean Slaw, diced tomatoes, Jerk Lime Mayo, fried plantains, mahi mahi fillets, and of course the Rum Butter.

July 14 - July 14th is “Mac and Cheese Day” and we would never leave anyone high and dry without a brand new dish to celebrate and honor this perfect comfort meal’s day. Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has provided us with a dish ideal for two, the “Steak Fajita Mac and Cheese”.

Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has prepared a “4th of July Red, White and Blue Cedar Plank Salmon with Macerated Blueberries and Raspberries, and Minted Crème Fraiche” that will definitely satisfy.
