November 25 - Thanksgiving may be over, but the leftovers are far from gone. Instead of doing the normal leftovers, Boca Grove Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has concocted “Thanksgiving Leftover Breakfast in a Jar” with turkey hash, sausage stuffing, sweet yam home fries and a poached egg. Dinner just became breakfast!

November 23 - How poetic that “Eat a Cranberry Day” falls on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, the day when turkey and cranberry sauce come together like peanut butter and jelly. Let’s take this day, however, to honor the cranberry in its entirety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sweet treat. I have scoured yummly.com to find a cranberry centered dish for each part of your day to truly enjoy the sweet tartness of the little red berry that is normally pushed to the “side”.

November 21 - It is Thanksgiving week and what better way to start it off than with “National Stuffing Day”. You can’t have turkey and cranberry sauce with all the fixings and not have stuffing, so Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has got us covered with his “Sausage Challah Stuffing”.

November 4 - November is known for fall, football and turkey, so what could be better for “National Nacho Day” on November 6 than Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia’s “Ultimate Triple Turkey Nacho Platter”. It has turkey sausage, turkey chili and sliced turkey all atop a mound of nacho chips with all the ultimate nacho toppings. It is the perfect football watching, turkey eating, fall day kind of a meal all rolled up into a plate of scrumptiousness!
