July 30 - July 4th is all about the red, white and blue and do we have a recipe for you that will have you covered. Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has prepared a “4th of July Red, White and Blue Cedar Plank Salmon with Macerated Blueberries and Raspberries, and Minted Crème Fraiche” that will definitely satisfy.

June 28 - The Fourth of July is right around the corner and shouldn’t wine lovers have a patriotic way to drink, I mean celebrate? After searching the web and looking for the tastiest wine concoction I found a “Red, White and Blue Sangria” from that will make wine lovers rejoice.

June 23 - Summer is officially here! Light fresh meals on the grill are made for summer days and Boca Grove Executive Chef Dominick Laudia has prepared the perfect recipe for the ideal meal. Add the “Fire up the Grill” Swordfish Kebob with Grilled Peaches, Grilled Watermelon, Heirloom Tomatoes, Crumbled Goat Cheese and Arugula Pesto for you and a friend to your summer menu and you will be the “King” or “Queen” of the grill.

June 19 - Today, June 19th, is “National Martini Day” and we here at Boca Grove want to celebrate with the classic Dry Martini.  We are making ours stirred, but shake it up if you prefer.

June 16 - Father’s Day is more than giving dad a new tie or pair of socks, it is also about what you feed him. Make dad feel special this year with a meal he won’t forget by Boca Grove Executive Chef Dominick Laudia, a “Braised Short Rib and Melted Brie Cheese Hoagie with Pickled Onions and Tomato Jam with a Side of Butternut Squash Fries”.
