August 3, 2018 - Watermelon and summer go together like peanut butter and jelly. What would a hot summer day be without a juicy piece of watermelon? It is perfect that as we are in the midst of summer that it should be “National Watermelon Day” and do we have a grown-up treat for you. Boca Grove Assistant Food and Beverage Director Carla Hull put together the ideal summer time drink, a Watermelon Martini.

July 6, 2018 - There is no other way to celebrate “National Fried Chicken Day” then by having some good old fashioned “Southern Fried Chicken”. Not only did Boca Grove’s Executive Chef Dominick Laudia make it today’s lunch special, he also shared with us the recipe.

December 13 - December is full of family, fun and food – especially holiday dishes. Boca Grove is made up of a great blend of people who celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas or both, so with that in mind we needed the perfect dish that would bring everyone together. Boca Grove Executive Chef Dominick Laudia came through with the perfect recipe – a “Hanukkah Christmas Chateaubriand for Two with Bouquetiere of Vegetables and Loaded Potato Latke Cups”.

For “National Cotton Candy Day” I scoured the world wide web to find an adult beverage to honor this day as best as possible and found on liquor.com the “Magic Cotton Candy Daiquiri”.
